I really enjoyed my stay at this place. The location was perfect, with the beach just a 10-minute walk away. Being right at the new central square was also a huge plus. The hotel had great service, from the staff during check-out to the friendly personnel in the bar and at breakfast. The room amenities were top-notch, with air conditioning and a television. The dining options were excellent, with a restaurant and a bar/lounge area available. I was impressed with the comfort and quality of this hotel.

1. Location - in the very heart of Batumi 2. Hotel was recently opened, so furniture is very new, stylish 3. Design in Geoglian style: black color is the king, however it looks interesting 4. Free pool, jacuzzi, sauna was a great plus for my son

1. Service is not visible: nether bell-boys, or concierge, or room- service available when you need it. 2. Breakfast is terribly poor: food selection, quality. Service only after second or third request. 3. Renovation is not completed: lack of light in the corridors, some basins are broken 4. When I booked the room, notification was: breakfast is not included, bath in the room. In reality, breakfast was included (low quality) and no bath

Super base for a weekend in Batumi! Bar Medea, where you can eat, is just walking distance from the hotel. 10 minutes on foot from the bus stop.

The double bed was really comfy and the staff here knew what they were doing during our stay. it was a pleasant experience. 😉

Hotel Staff & there isn't services as 5 star Hotel. When I stayed in Intoursit Hotel for one night later, I had noticed the different. Defiantly Intoursit Hotel better & Value of money.

Very friendly personnel in the bar, at breakfast, annd at the receptions. Clean and spacious rooms. Toilette articles in the bathroom

Reception area rather dark and a bit gloomy. Chairs in the rooms should have felt (soft padding) under the chair legs, as moving is very noisy. More English speaking TV/Movie Channels

The hotel is conveniently located in the city center, making it easy to exchange money at nearby currency exchange offices and providing easy access to the airport. It is also just a 10, minute walk from the beach, perfect for families looking to enjoy some sand and sun. the hotel's restaurant offers a variety of options and the staff provides excellent service. the rooms are spacious and clean, with comfortable beds, and the bathrooms are well, maintained with all necessary amenities. the breakfast spread is delicious, with a wide variety of choices, including delectable desserts. the hotel offers fast and free Wi, Fi.

The reception area could benefit from brighter lighting to create a more welcoming atmosphere.

We had a fantastic Easter getaway! The rooms were clean and spacious, and we enjoyed the lovely view from our city-facing room. The location was perfect, with several restaurants and supermarkets nearby. this, we appreciated the free WiFi.

There were some downsides to our stay. The breakfast was a bit of a letdown and could definitely be improved.
